ARMIET College is the only one of its kind in entire India that has been conducting written faculty examinations two times a year at the beginning of the semester for the past one year to qualify the faculty for teaching the assigned subject. The cut off marks for the faculty to qualify is that they should score greater than 80% in the University of Mumbai paper which is randomly selected and given from past 3-4 semesters at the time of conduction of Faculty examination. This academic audit system has raised the standard of faculty for teaching the assigned engineering subjects as well as that of ARMIET College.

ARMIET College faculty members are mostly from premier technical institutes of India like IITs, NITs and other reputed institutions. They are further groomed and encouraged to adopt modern techniques of teaching such as with the aid of pre-designed PowerPoint presentations (PPTs). ARMIET College is compulsorily adopting teaching using smart boards wherein PPTs of each subject and their chapters are displayed on the board with video clips and the information available on the internet. Various teaching resources provided by various IITs and NPTEL are played on these smart boards. Teaching in this manner using audio and video tools is greatly improving the technical depth and grasp of the students; and they are being taught the same material as in the IITs and NITs.
For the Master of Management Studies programme, international industrial visits are arranged and there are tie-ups with foreign Universities. The Management students have gone on international industrial visits during last two years to Dubai, and there has been an exchange tie-up and paper presentation with the American University of Dubai.
For the placement of students before graduation, ARMIET College has a strong Training and Placement Cell and provides 100% placement assistance with several reputed firms for various disciplines visiting our campus. Special thrust has been given by the ARMIET Management for conducting special drives such as campus interviews and more than 50 interviews have been organized.
